Singkawang Municipality has an inflation of 0,44 percent on November 2022

In November 2022, Singkawang City experienced inflation of 0.44 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 112.55.

 

Inflation occurred due to price increases as indicated by an increase in the index for the six expenditure groups. The expenditure group that experienced an increase in index from the highest was the recreation, sports and culture group by 1.27 percent; the food, beverage and tobacco group by 1.01 percent; the food and beverage/restaurant supply group by 0.42 percent; equipment, equipment and household routine maintenance group by 0.27 percent; transportation group by 0.05 percent; as well as framework, housing, water, electricity and household fuel by 0.01 percent. Meanwhile, three expenditure groups experienced a decrease in index, namely the clothing and footwear group by 0.04 percent; the information, communication and financial services group by 0.02 percent; as well as the personal care group by 0.01 percent. Meanwhile, the health and education groups experienced very small index changes that did not have a significant effect on inflation.

 

The inflation rate for the calendar year up to November 2022 is 5.43 percent and the year-on-year inflation rate (November 2022 to November 2021) is 6.01 percent.
