Abstract

Data Requirement Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Statistics Agency of Singkawang City to identify statistical data needs and the level of customer satisfaction with BPS Singkawang City data and services. SKD has been carried out since 2005. In 2023, BPS re-organized SKD in the Singkawang City area. SKD results are presented in the form of publications containing analysis of consumer characteristics, service unit performance analysis, and anti-corruption perception analysis. This analysis is complemented by the presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and Important Performance Analysis (IPA).
