Abstract

Singkawang Municipailty's economy based on the amount of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP) based on current prices in 2021 reached Rp. 10,877.85 billion and based on constant prices in 2010 it reached Rp. 6,977.77 billion.

The economy of Singkawang Municipality in 2021 will grow by 4.82 percent. GRDP per capita of Singkawang Municipality at the current prices in 2021 is 45.73 million rupiah per year. In terms of production, the Health Services and Social Activities business field experienced the highest growth reaching 27.13 percent.

The source of Singkawang Municipality's GRDP Growth in 2021 is supported by Wholesale and Retail Trade, Car and Motorcycle Repair (0.77 percent) in terms of the business field. Meanwhile, from the expenditure side, it is supported by household consumption expenditure (2.75 percent).

The structure of Singkawang Municipality's GRDP in 2021 from the production side is still dominated by wholesale and retail trade; Car and Motorcycle Repair (18.99 percent). Meanwhile, from the expenditure side, the structure of Singkawang City's GRDP is dominated by the Household Expenditure component (49.65 percent).
