Abstract

The economy of the City of Singkawang based on the amount of the Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) According to the Business Field based on the current price in 2019 reached Rp 10,255.96 billion rupiah and on the basis of the constant 2010 prices reached Rp 6,839.80 billion rupiah.
Singkawang City Economy in 2019 grew 4.53 percent. Singkawang City's GRDP per capita based on 2019 prices is 46.01 million rupiah per year.
From the production side, the business field for Water Supply, Waste Management, Waste, and Recycling experienced the highest growth reaching 7.11 percent. From the expenditure side, the LNPRT Consumption Expenditure component experienced the highest growth of 5.41 percent.
The structure of the PDRB of Singkawang City in 2019 in terms of production is still dominated by Large and Retail Trade business fields; Car and Motorcycle Repair (20.83 percent). Meanwhile, in terms of expenditure, the structure of Singkawang City's GRDP is dominated by the Household Expenditure component (50.20 percent).
